MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING

Many Geometry of Life Studios products are created especially for you after your order is placed. Because items are produced on demand, please allow time for production before shipment. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include both production and shipping time.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and seasonal demand. Estimated dates are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to change its destination.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, OR DELIVERY ISSUES

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order has shipped. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact us at geometryoflifestudios@gmail.com so we can help investigate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout.
